  • Order number

  • Reason for return/refund

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Our customer support team will respond within 1–2 business days.

3. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed:

  • Back to your original payment method (via Telr)

  • Within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer

4. Exchanges

We may offer an exchange instead of a refund based on product availability and your preference.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost. For other cases, return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility.
